About Us
NuGrace Performing Arts Conservatory
NuGrace Performing Arts Conservatory (NGPAC) is a bold and visionary arts institution located in Gwinnett County, Georgia — founded by dancer, educator, and entrepreneur Coach Shanelle Freeman, also known as Shanelle Amor. With a mission rooted in creativity, character, and community, NGPAC offers a safe, inclusive, and high-energy space for young artists to explore dance and performance as a pathway to personal growth and artistic excellence.

Launched with heart and purpose, NGPAC is home to “The G-Squad,” an elite traveling dance team that embodies discipline, passion, and cultural pride. Entering its second season in September 2025, the conservatory has rapidly become a beacon for students and families seeking rigorous training, dynamic expression, and meaningful mentorship. From beginners to seasoned performers, dancers ages 5 to 18 find belonging, resilience, and voice through the studio’s unique curriculum that blends classical technique with modern innovation.
As a former public school dance educator and current arts advocate, Coach Freeman founded NGPAC in 2024. After three years of teaching at Baggett Elementary — where she designed a groundbreaking dance program and led the Titan Dance & STEP Team to community recognition. Now, she brings that same energy and vision into a full-time studio setting, with the goal of expanding opportunities for underrepresented artists and amplifying the role of dance in youth development.
NGPAC also serves as a cultural collective, offering community performances, collaborations, master classes, and outreach initiatives that celebrate the rich diversity of Gwinnett County. Whether on stage, in the classroom, or through the rhythmic power of step, NuGrace Performing Arts Conservatory is shaping the next generation of confident, compassionate, and creatively empowered leaders.
